Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the website to function, for example to keep items in your shopping cart, complete your checkout and keep you logged in. These are used on the basis of § 25(2) TDDDG and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and do not require your consent.

Analytics, personalisation and marketing cookies are only used if you have given your consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Please note that blocking necessary cookies may affect how our website works.

Payment Processing

When you pay for an order, your payment data is processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies and act either as independent controllers or as our processors, depending on the service. We only receive the information needed to confirm your payment and process your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Shipping and Delivery

To deliver your order, we pass your name, delivery address and, where needed for delivery notifications, your email address or phone number to the shipping company responsible for delivery. We only share your email address or phone number with the carrier where this is necessary for delivery or where you have agreed to it. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Social Media

We present our products and creative ideas on social media platforms. If you visit our profiles or interact with our content there, the respective platform operator processes your data under its own privacy policy. Where we and the platform operator are jointly responsible for certain processing, this is based on our legitimate interest in presenting our shop and communicating with our customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Links to social media on our website are simple links and do not transfer any data to the platforms until you click them.

Hosting and Service Providers

Our website is hosted by an external service provider, and we use trusted third-party providers for services such as our shop system, email, customer support and IT infrastructure. These providers process your data only on our behalf and according to our instructions, under data processing agreements in line with Art. 28 GDPR.

Transfers Outside the EU

Some of our service providers may be located outside the European Union or European Economic Area, or may process data there. Where this happens, we ensure an adequate level of data protection, for example through an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or through the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

We never sell your personal data.
