Product Information
We take great care to describe and price our arts, crafts and hobby products accurately. Please note the following:
Colours of paints, yarns, fabrics, papers and other materials may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Colours may also vary slightly between production batches, so we recommend ordering enough material for a complete project in one order.
Sizes, quantities, weights and contents of kits and sets are stated as accurately as possible, but minor differences may occur. Please check the details on each product page before ordering.
Some products, such as wooden shapes, natural fibres and clay, are made from natural materials. Small variations in grain, colour, texture or finish are part of their natural character and are not considered defects.
Craft supplies are intended for their stated creative purpose only. Paints, glues, clays, varnishes and similar materials are not food and must not be swallowed. Always read and follow the instructions and safety warnings on the packaging.
Many craft products contain small parts or sharp tools such as scissors, needles or cutters. Products for children should only be used by the age group stated on the product and, where indicated, under adult supervision. Keep small parts and tools out of the reach of young children.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Finished projects, decorations, tools or additional materials shown in photos are not included unless the product description clearly states so.
Product availability may change without notice, especially for limited-edition, seasonal or vintage items.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in prices or product information at any time.
Orders
When you place an order with Solmique, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
We reserve the right to:
Cancel an order due to limited stock, a pricing error or a technical issue.
Refuse orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorised.
Limit the quantity of any product available per customer or per order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method as quickly as reasonably possible.
Prices and Payment
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price displayed when you place your order is the price that applies.
Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received.
We may refuse or cancel any transaction we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
VAT and any other applicable charges are shown at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Information on delivery times and shipping costs can be found in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Deliveries may be delayed by carrier issues, public holidays, payment verification or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable German and EU consumer protection law. Products made to your individual specifications, such as fabric or ribbon cut to a custom length or personalised items, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including your right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, instructions and design elements, belongs to Solmique or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Customer Content
If you submit a review, photo of your finished project or comment about our products, you grant Solmique a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use that content for marketing and business purposes. You confirm that your content is accurate and lawful and does not infringe the rights of others. Please do not submit photos that show identifiable children without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. We may remove submitted content at our discretion.
Third-Party Services
Our website may link to or use third-party services such as payment providers and delivery partners. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and you use them at your own risk.
Privacy

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of your country of residence within the European Union.
